All domestic orders ship UPS on a daily basis excluding weekends and holidays. International orders ship weekly via U.S. Postal Service.
RETURNS
All returns must accompany an invoice. Returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. A 10% restock fee will be accessed to all returns. Opened items manufactured by Boese Engineering will be accessed an additional $5.00 repackaging fee. Opened polished items manufactured by Boese Engineering may be subject to additional fees depending on our cost to re-polish. Items not manufactured by Boese Engineering must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Defective items will be exchanged w/o any of the fees listed above.
